Pan Roasted Trout: Whole trout stuffed with lemon, fresh thyme, garlic and parsley. Topped with a sauce made with black olives, tomatoes, capers, white wine and butter and served with polenta fries and grilled vegetables. $20

Fettuccini Alfredo: Hand made long pasta tossed with cream, garlic, grana padano parmesan cheese. Finished with a touch of truffle oil. With garlic ciabatta toast and a tomato & onion salad. $18
